Sometimes at Christmas things don´t go the way you expect them.
Sometimes at Christmas there are still convenience, betrayal and disloyalty.
Sometimes at Christmas it seems that nobody has learned anything.
Sometimes Christmas doesn´t feel like Christmas.
But Christmas is real.
It is not a comercial sale, although there is commerce.
It is not giving a gift, even if it fills hearts with joy.
It is not a shared dinner, although above all, this is a moment to share.
In the day to day, the minutes and the hours follow one another in gray, while the cold grips inside and outside the hearts.
The unnatural pandemic continues its unstoppable path to lead us to an uncertain abyss where perhaps there will no longer be questiones, or why, and only innate wisdom can help us.
The general mode is masked so as not to make everything harder for the children. The little souls who live waiting and longing for all this to happen and for better moments to come. Most adults prefer not to think.
And there are still too many places where everything is much worse. Unimaginable. Atrocious for good people. Inhuman to all.
Al lof the above is happening, but also Christmas.
Someone was born to bring the gift of love, Peace and Hope.
Someone set an example for everyone of patience, mercy and justice.
Someone dedicated His life to helping others.
Someone did not discriminate, mixed with the abandoned and helped them to their máximum consequence. In fact, He made them his Friends, his disciples.
Someone never hesitated to do good.
Someone always offered a solution for poverty, inequality, discrimination and evil.
Someone gave everything so that Love, Peace and Justice could one day be a reality.
Someone was born and died for it.
This is what we celebrate at Chrismas.
Therefore, the grattitude is real.
Love is real.
Peace is real.
So, this is not the time to respond to provocation.
This is not the time to get into absurd competitions.
This is not the time to spend for spend.
This is not the time for simulations.
This is the time to remember what happened.
So as not to forget that Love and Hope are something real.
That Peace is posible.
That Justice can be given.
That living doing Good is the best way of life.
